By using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order or sending a request.

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure, as anyone who can receive your codes can use your account.

An order is a request to the restaurant. It is final only once the restaurant confirms it.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are calculated by our system at the time of your order. The total shown is the expected amount due; it is not an invoice.
Delivery orders are paid on delivery. Pickup and dine-in orders are paid at the restaurant.
A minimum order value may apply, and online ordering is available only during the hours shown on the website.
You can cancel an order yourself only while it is still waiting for confirmation. After it is confirmed, please contact Customer Service.
Items and prices may change, and some items may be unavailable at times.

Dine-in orders require your table number and a live photo of it taken with your camera.

Reservation and private event submissions are requests, not guaranteed bookings. We will confirm or decline each request and let you know.

Only one promo code can be used per order. Codes may have conditions, limits and expiry dates, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Please do not misuse the website, submit false information or attempt to access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your use of the website.
