  • For dine-in orders, a photo of your table number taken with your camera to confirm where you are seated.
  • Your marketing preference.
  • Basic technical records needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

We use your information to receive and confirm your orders and requests, to contact you about them, to answer your messages and to protect the service against misuse. We send marketing messages only if you agree to receive them, and you can change that choice at any time from your account.

Payments

We do not take online payments. Delivery orders are paid on delivery, and pickup and dine-in orders are paid at the restaurant. We never ask for or store card details on this website.

Who can see your information

Only authorised ELEVEN:ELEVEN staff, and only for the purpose of serving you. We use trusted providers to host the service and to send verification codes. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as it is needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Table verification photos and Customer Service attachments are kept private and are not shown publicly.

Your choices

You can view and update your details and your marketing preference from your account. To ask for a copy of your information or for it to be deleted, contact us through Customer Service.
